No, CrowdMSP hides employer’s information as well as recruiter/agency information on the marketplace so as to keep the platform with rightful conduct. The jobs are displayed without the employer identity but rather the industry the employer is in and the type of role. It’s with employer to connect through our platform for any communication otherwise everyone remain anonymous post successful work can review and rate each other.
The marketplace is created such a way that a recruiter or an agency selects the area of operation and specialization based on which we direct employers to select the same for their open roles. All new recruiter and agencies are first verified properly through our detailed verification process. All resumes are screened and approved by a member of CrowdMSP account management team to ensure that only filtered and screened profiles are presented.
CrowdMSP’s technology provides visibility into the recruiting process that protects our customers from common recruiting disputes. In the rare case that a dispute arises, we will take the situation off your shoulders and act as a neutral mediator to work out a settlement between parties. If mediation is unsuccessful, either party can enforce the Terms of Use to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Recruiter and Agencies own the candidates they submit for a period of six months from the date of submission. The employer owes a fee if, during this period, they hire one of those candidates for any job.
Candidates who applied to an employer outside of the marketplace in the preceding six months belong to that employer, and not to the submitting agency. If the employer hires the candidate, the employer will not owe a fee.
CrowdMSP’ system blocks duplicate submissions. In the unlikely event that the system fails to block a duplicate submission, the winner of the bounty will be the agency that first submitted the candidate, as determined by the time and date stamp on the submissions. Employers will never be required to pay two parties for the same candidate placement.
No. The Terms of Use prohibit bringing new business developed through CrowdMSP offline, and anyone attempting to violate this policy will be immediately removed from the marketplace.
Yes, one central contract governs the relationship for all parties. The main contract was developed with the input and cooperation of a large number of Fortune 500 employers and search firms.


If you are a recruiter or an independent staffing expert, then working with CrowdMSP is easy and rewarding. Here is how it works: CrowdMSP has job orders from across industries of startups, small and medium size businesses. Our recruiter partner can fill these job order and earn a placement fee for each successful hire. Registering on CrowdMSP is free, review open orders and start submitting candidates. Our clients select or rejects a candidate and if a candidate you submitted is selected when the person is hired and complete the terms of service, you get paid. Clients pay us a platform fee after hiring a new employee. CrowdMSP does not collect fees from recruiters. Placement fees are displayed on the right-hand side of the screen, next to each job requisition on CrowdMSP. Recruiters are paid the full amount of the fee by CrowdMSP after the candidate is hired.
CrowdMSP gives you access to hundreds of jobs, most of which are available only to “preferred” vendors. Instead of spending time cold calling, negotiating contracts, getting on vendor lists, and collecting fees, you can spend your time recruiting more candidates by working with CrowdMSP.

CrowdMSP offers clients (employers) a 60-day guarantee period. This means that recruiters are paid by CrowdMSP 60 days after their candidates’ start date. You can choose to receive a check via mail or we can directly deposit your placement fee electronically in an account of your choice after the guarantee period.

If you are a registered company, we need you to provide to us:

  • The name of the legal entity to be paid.
  • The applicable EIN or Social Security number and W-9 form.

If you are an independent recruiter and do not belong to a registered company, we will need you to:

  • Complete a W-9 and send it CrowdMSP. We will issue you an IRS Form 1099 at the end of the year.

We value your privacy and your candidate database. Your candidate profiles are not searchable. Other than the employer to whom you submit a profile, your candidates’ profiles are completely confidential. Privacy and security are of utmost importance to us and we encourage all members to read CrowdMSP’s Privacy Policy.
